Major Wil Saxs - Alliance Liaison Officer

Saxs is a male human in his mid thirties. He has a round face with brown hair and brown eyes. He's 1.79m tall, well built and capable of speed that belies his size. Saxs has got quite a sarcastic and grumpy demeanour, which has only gotten worse with his new assignment, but he is also driven, intelligent and a budding tactician.

Wil Saxs joined the Alliance Army four months prior to the destruction of Alderaan and served as an infantryman for six months. During the course of this six months Saxs was selected on a number of occasions to go on 'Special Missions'. His strong performance in these missions led to a promotion and a transfer to Special Ops.

During his career in Special Ops he has been promoted on a number of occasions and has risen to the rank of Major thanks to many successful operations. It is unlikely that he'll progress any further than his current rank due to his personality, which generates good results in a Special Ops team but not such good results at command level.

Saxs and his Special Ops team were responsible for the capture of the Hammer and he has since been placed on detached duty, acting as the Alliance's Liaison Officer aboard the Hammer. Saxs isn't overly happy about his new 'baby-sitting' assignment and would rather be in the field with his team.

Saxs usually wears his trade mark pale grey jumpsuit with his lightweight body armour underneath and his heavy blaster pistol slung at his side. He enjoys the occasional game of cards or dice and a brandy during downtime between missions.
