Skipray Blastboat

The Skipray Blastboat has been one of my favourite Starships for a long time, but I've not really used them all that much in my games because the stats have never felt quite right. This problem is entirely down to the fact that the original stats made the Skipray a capital scale vessel. Whilst I can see why it was originally designed this way, it doesn't really make any sense that the Skipray ends up being less maneuverable than a Corellian Corvette (Skipray 1D+2, Corvette 2D). Due to its hull rating, it also meant that capital ships had a good chance of shooting them down very quickly and that starfighters were almost entirely useless against it. These things, combined with the statement made in the 'Essential Guides to Starships & Vehicles' that the Skipray has tough armour plating that even the most powerful starfighter weapons would have a tough time penetrating, has led me to revising the stats.
