Schedule A: Ringali Shell Target Corporations

The starships, cargoes, and space-born property of the following Ringali Shell governments and corporations are considered legitimate targets for Alliance Privateers.

All starships and properties of the Imperial Navy, COMPNOR, or Imperial government, and subsidiary Bormea and Darpa sector governments.

Aether Hypernautics - Hyperdrive manufacturers who are contractors or subcontractors for a number of classified Imperial Military projects. They provide military-grade hyperdrives for the Imperial Navy. They are known to be pushing the limits of hypernautics and are seeking to produce a class 0.1 hyperdrive for the Empire. The company works closely with Sienar Fleet Systems. The company's Headquarters are based on Corulag.
Tactical Note: Aether Hypernautics' convoys usually have some kind of Imperial escort because the Empire has discovered that the Alliance has a short fall in hyperdrive motivators.

Cambrielle Solidstate - A manufacturer of a wide variety of power cells, and a supplier of the Imperial military. The company's Headquarters are based on Ralltiir.

Caldrahlsen Mechanicals - A manufacturer of third degree droids, whose product range includes the C4LR litigation droids and Imperial interrogation droids. The C4LR is commonly used by COMPNOR's Progress Coalition Justice branch to bolster Justice's policy of Imperial legal infallibility. The company's Headquarters are based on Esseles.

ComTec Corporation - An advanced communications manufacturer that produces equipment that is used by both the Imperial military and large mining corporations. The company's Headquarters are based on Ord Kasis.

Corulag - The House of Citizens of Corulag is a strong and vigorous supporter of the Galactic Empire, hosting several pro-Imperial corporations and the Corulag Imperial Military Academy.

Danth Artifice, Ltd. - Developer of droid personality matrixes and major interface programming subcontractor for Arakyd. The company's Headquarters are based on Corulag.

Deva Inc. - A major communications company that designs and produces communication equipment for combat starships and speeders. One of the main suppliers for the Empire and its subsidiaries. The company's Headquarters are based on Ketress.

Esseles - Supporter of the Empire and host of Terril Naval base, which is the primary support base for the sector's Star Destroyers.

Gwain Spices - A Spice producer, buyer, importer and seller. The company operates under an Imperial licence, the fees for which are funnelled directly into the Imperial intelligence and COMPNOR budgets. They also supply potent Spice to the Imperial intelligence agencies. The company's Headquarters are based on Corulag.

Goix Computers - Primarily a commercial manufacturer of home and corporate computer systems. The company provides no direct support to the Empire, however Goix is a TaggeCo subsidiary. The company's Headquarters are based on Corulag.

Les Tech - A droid manufacturer who manufacture the Imperial Scout Droid for the Empire. The company often works in conjunction with Danthe Artifice. The company's Headquarters are based on Brentaal.

Proll Industries - Principally a Repulsorlift vehicle producer, but they also supply processed ores, security equipment and starship engines to both the Empire and the general public. The company's Headquarters are based on Gallas.
Tactical Note: Proll Industries' convoys always have a private escort of some kind, this is in addition to any Imperial escort that they may have.

Sienar Fleet Systems (SFS) - A starship and starfighter manufacturer. Whilst Santhe/Sienar Technologies is based on Lianna, a non-Ringali world, SFS maintains a major Research & Development complex on Corulag, near Dammon University.
Tactical Note: Usually have military grade defences and an Imperial escort of some kind.

Tergen Inc. - A minor Supplier of water and oxygen to the Imperial Navy. The company's headquarters are based on Dava VI.

Vallamar Munitions - Manufactures of a wide range of explosives and ordnance. A major supplier for the Empire. The company's Headquarters are based on Isis.
Tactical Note: Vallamar starships are always heavily armoured and travel with an armed escort at all times.

In addition, the following corporations might also be encountered operating in the Ringali Shell. Any ships owned by or carrying their cargoes are legitimate targets:

BlasTech Corp. Czerka Weapons. Blethern Gas Industries. Norsam Corp. - Munitions and weapons systems suppliers to the Imperial Military.

Chiewab Amalgamated Pharmaceuticals Company and subsidiaries: GeneTech Laboratories, Corellian Chemical Corp. (CorChemCo), Chiewab Nutrition, Degan Explorations, and The Vernan Group - Manufacturers of various pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, surgical systems, chemicals and nutritional supplements that supply the Imperial Military.

Consolidated Learning Systems - Supplies computer systems to the Imperial Military.

Corporate Sector Authority Starships - The Corporate Sector Authority is a strong supporter and supplier of the Empire and routinely ships cargoes through the Ringali Shell.

DefenStar Ltd. - Amongst the largest defense shield and orbital defense systems manufacturers in the Galaxy and suppliers of the Imperial Military.

Drearian Defense Conglomerate - Special munitions manufacturer to the Empire.

Drever Corp - Small arms and tool manufacturer. Supplies the Phoenix plasma punch to Imperial Customs.

Dweomilis Advisory Foundation - Think tank and policy advisory company. Works in tandem with several military suppliers and developers, including several in the Ringali Shell.

Dynacorp - Arakyd probot subcontractor. Works with Danthe Artifice.

Fabritech, Inc - Sensor and control systems manufacturer, supplies Imperial military. Contracts and subcontracts for Santhe/Sienar and Sienar Fleet Systems.

Gastess Finance, Inc - Economic pirates, indirectly supplies slave labour for the Imperial workforce by bankrupting planetary economies. Consults with COMPNOR on the financial 'reconstruction' of Ralltiir.
Tactical Note: Captured Gastess personnel, of managerial level and above, will be rewarded with a 300 Credit bounty.

Hydospeare Corp - Manufactures of Imperial water vehicles. I'att Armaments - Major munitions supplier to the Imperial Army.

Imperial Droid Corporation - Assembled from four Mid Rim droid manufactures (Banche Tech, Cencil Corporation, Reiber Manufacturing and SFI Systems), IDC manufactures combat, assassin and other military droids. IDC regularly works on projects with Danthe Artifice and Sienar Intelligence Systems.

Imperial HoloVision, TriNebulon News & Nova Network - Distributors of pro-Imperial propaganda.

Imperial Mining Corporation - This corporation has a number of branch offices in several sectors and its receiving and distribution yards are located in the Brentaal System.

Incom Corporation - The now pro-Imperial Incom is actively designing starfighters to compete with the Alliance's Y-wing and X-wing.

Inter Galactic Mining Corporation (IGMC) - This massive company operates all across the galaxy mining a wide range materials. The company pays 'tributes' to the Empire, so that they turn a blind eye towards the company's unethical methods and policies.
Tactical Note: IGMC will quite often use slave labour and may well be carried aboard their vessels.

Kuat Drive Yards (KDY) - One of the major shipwrights for the Imperial Navy.
Tactical Note: Usually travel in large convoys and escorted by a Imperial Star Destroyer.

MerenData - Droid and security system manufacturer. Supplies the Imperial military with interrogation droids and targeting drones.

Merr-Sonn Mil/Sci - Manufacturers of heavy weapons, armour, siege equipment and military gear. Subsidiaries: Merr-Sonn Munitions, MerrWeapons and Merr-Sonn Industrial Equipment.

Mining Guild - This company is ecological ravager and uses slave labour to supply the Empire with raw materials. They operate a distribution center on Brentaal.
Tactical Note: Mining Guild starships invariably carry a contingent slaves aboard to load and off-load cargo.

Nen-Carvon Corporation - Manufactures Imperial combat vehicles. Nebula Consumables - Supplies the Imperial Military with food.

Rythani Products - Manufacturing subcontractor for the Imperial AT-AT, AT-ST and other combat vehicles.

Santhe/Sienar Technologies - Research, development and manufacture of several Imperial military systems and technologies, most notably the TIE Fighter. Subsidiaries: Santhe Passenger and Freight, Curich Engineering, Sienar Fleet Systems & Sienar Intelligence Systems.
Tactical Note: Usually have military grade defences and an Imperial escort of some kind.

Silviut Corporation - Designer of Imperial stealth-equipped ships. Snedarl Electronics - Imperial electronics equipment contractor.

Shanki Drive Works - Designer and producer of hyperdrive systems for the Imperial Navy. The company occasionally works with Aether Hypernautics.

SoroSuub Corporation - One of the largest manufacturers and retailers in the Galaxy. The company has enslaved their homeworld, Sullust, for the Empire.

The Tagge Company (TaggeCo) - Major supplier to the Imperial Governments, COMPNOR and the Corporate Sector. Subsidiaries: Bonadan Industries, Tagge Mining Company, GalResource Industries, Mobquet Swoops and Speeders, Trast Heavy Transports, Gowix Computers (R), the Tagge Restaurant Association, which owns the Biscuit Baron chain and several macro-farms.

Ubrikkian Speeders - Imperial combat vehicle manufacturer.

Zone Supplies, Ltd - Produces security systems for the Imperial Army.

Some of these corporations ship their own products in company ships, but most rely on second party shippers. The largest shipping concerns operate vast fleets of container ships, transports and freighters, and routinely contract small, local transport companies to distribute to secondary systems. 90% of all commercial shipping in the Ringali Shell goes through three megacorporations:

Red Star Shipping Lines - A dominating commercial shipper in the Core and Inner Rim regions, dealing primarily with corporate cargo. The company maintains a major hub in the Brentaal System.

Santhe Passenger and Freight (SP&F) - Santhe is one last passenger/freight lines, shipping both sentients and cargo in the same vessels, generally for cross regional transit. SP&F also operates divided passenger and freighter ships for local service, and has a division devoted to sensitive cargoes; Imperial, system governments, military, and classified cargoes of both the corporate and governmental varieties. SP&F's range is Empire-wide, and operates hundreds of hubs, including three space platforms in the Brentaal system and a major office on Brentaal's surface. A subsidiary of an Imperial support corporation, SP&F is also a direct target for Alliance Privateers.

Xizor Transport Systems (XTS) - Xizor Transport is an Empire-ranging immense shipping megacorporation that owns a huge fleet of container ships and courier vessels. XTS concentrates on two main areas; cheap bulk transport and specialised point-to-point delivery. Like its two rivals, XTS controls an orbiting distribution platform and shipping center and corporate office on Brentaal.
